I’ve been a longtime client was told when get out the hospital I could return with product the new workers no empathy didn’t stand by there word and very unprofessional and argumentative! I’m going to be the bigger person and still refer people to RCTS it’s not the company the new people they hired Andrea has a very bad attitude and bad demeanor she acts like she owns the company and Jordan doesn’t take consideration of what was discussed! Previously he seemed very calm I guess until Andrea was all in his ear ! The owner never called back longtime clients really don’t mean anything!! God Bless there soul!

I've been doing studies here since 1996. They test lotions, makeup, bodywashes, soap, shampoo, etc. And if you have a bad reaction they will stop using that particular product. And if you get pulled from the study they pay you for each visit you made. Great employees. Dr.Reese is the best.

Staff is amazing, courteous and respectful of your time. There has never been a time that an appointment lasted over 30-40mins (which means it makes it possible to have appointments during your lunch hour) and that’s with me chatting everyone up.

My mom and I have been coming here for years. Even when it used to be in a different building. This company/ organization has helped us get that extra little income we have needed in some tough times! I would recommend to anyone who needs a little extra cash for doing simple trials of usually makeup and skin products.

I have never had someone be so rude to me over the phone trying to explain a situation. Mind you, she was one of the mangers which makes it even more embarrassing. I was in a study back in November and could not finish the study due to having to fly home for a family emergency. I called RCTS and told them I had to drop out of the study and would not be able to finish it. They told me that was fine and that I was removed from the study. No one told me that I needed to return the product and diary back to them once I returned from being with my family. Now when I call to get entered into a study they are saying that I am permanently inactive because I never returned the diary and product. Absolutely poor communication that no one told me this had to be returned or I would have returned it. The lady on the phone didn’t even try to resolve the issue, was extremely rude and acted extremely inappropriate for being a so called “manager”. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I've only had one time to do a study wasn't ever called resched back out they make you seem like you have to lie about your own body I'm to dam grown to lie and my own health and over 35,, years of experience of the study thru offer basically they picked who they wanted to.. never called to offer it's cool this evening showed who they really were..
