I was hesitant to join a clinical trial but everyone at SRI from Nina the Receptionist to Lab tech Leo (miss him) and my study coordinators have been a delightful bunch of souls. I feel welcomed and informed at all times. Great job everyone don't ever change! Y'all are the best! ❣️❣️

I have been participating in a study for 7 months so far. I have had a pleasant experience every time. Even through a staffing turnover it was still just like a well oiled machine. I enjoy the staff who are probably under paid and overworked and given sub materials and supplies to work with to do their jobs. Service with a smile is still present here. I recommend and do not regret my decision choosing this site as my provider.

Very Friendly and Professional staff!! Unfortunately,I wasn't able to participate in the trial but I would definitely return if another trial became available. Everyone in the office was very kind and easy to talk with! I would recommend this office to anybody interested!
