This group just listed/promoted a business in Chicago as one of the "best" places to work. That business immediately laid off 40 employees with no notice or empathy shortly after getting that nomination 5 months ago. Last week they laid off another 30 employees. So according to Built In, one of the "best" places to work is a place that lays off 70 employees in 6 months!

Awful self-service capabilities on page. Want to delete your account? You have to wait up to 90 days before they'll do it. Any other major job seeking site lets you immediately delete your account without fuss. And good luck getting a human to respond to your customer service requests, all you'll get is a canned message back.
