There is no notary here.

I as married here in 2014. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. It was a lovely day and experience for us.

I have returned several times for birth certificates and our marriage license and never had any issues.

My last visit was the only visit I’ve had where staff was not friendly and window number 5 didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. They had little guidance on some questions.

The computers don’t work I guess, so they have you use your phone to go to a website and select an in person option to receive it the same day. You can also make an appointment but they are booked at least a week out when I checked.

Just got off the phone with Dee from the County Records Department, and she was outright just rude. I inquired about everything nicely and was given attitude for no reason. I hope she doesn’t speak to everyone like that. If you’re unhappy with working somewhere, why stay? Terrible service. I’d give it 0 stars if possible.

We have come here a few times but today we came just to get our sons birth certificate and our marriage certificate. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was way faster than I expected and we didn't have any issues with service or getting exactly what we needed. I think they have other services at the same building so it's hard to speak about all the other aspects but for records it was very fast and easy.
