What a blessing to have the opportunity to attend a school that is dedicated to teaching the Word of God. The staff and teachers have been amazing. The fellowship with students has been fun. You always instantly have so many friends just being a student on campus, some of which will be lifelong friendships. The Murrieta campus is gorgeous, so many activities to do and places to go hangout. Tuition is so cheap. I’ve been greatly blessed by this place. God has spoke to me in countless ways during my time at ccbc. Thank you all for your service, may God give you grace abundantly. I attended Fall 15, Spring 16, and Spring 18.

I love the bible college I'm a student there currently trying to finish and get my degree but more importantly grow my walk with Jesus and grown in wisdom and discernment and spiritual maturity. This is a great place to be stretched, grown, broken and just feel loved by God and the students and staff there. The teachers and classes are great always so good and always much needed encouragement and exhortation. I love everything about this place the environment to the California weather to all the palm trees to all the buildings. Most of all what is taught there is lived out by the people there. I've definitely been blessed.

My experience here in 2018 was horrible and ruined my view of the church. I lived down the street but was an online student, and was hardly ever permitted on the actual campus unless I had class & was escorted out 2 times. I was accused of copying work on an assignment that I spent 4 hours on. And while I met a handful of great people, it was almost worse than high school with many people on their ‘high-horse’ attitudes. I’m sure this was once a great school, but because it is barely running- they lean on the labor of the students and point to their sins to keep them coming back every night chapel in guilt. Very disappointing.

I can't speak on behalf of the teachers or quality of edu this specifics location since I've only attended extension campuses. But having been on this campus and have friends that attended, I'll say it's a very nice campus and IMO CCBC does a solid biblical edu from a solid conservative point of view. If you want solid teaching with no crazy charismatic/new age stuff this is a good place to go. My few knocks are they have become very strict on there application compared to in my day(less than 15 years ago). Also they have a lot of rules. Which is good if your ready to focus and learn the bible which is awesome, but it doesn't work for those still growing in God that will end up kicked out or leaving. 2nd knock is I've been lied to my face by security as well as weirdly followed it was a student(security)?, so maybe they thought it was ok because "they meant well"? Still I expected better from such a school/church/place. Much stricter/not necessary security now than even 10 years ago. Also there gym is very old/broke and dilapidated equip that no even semi serious fitness person could use.

*Parents beware if you are sending a loved one over 18 to this school. Our loved one was missing for 3 days. We contacted the school and they would not give us information where she was was. We are listed as an emergency contact. The dean of women was the only one who could share information but was too "busy" in a meeting to come to the phone. We were so scared and waited for 24 hrs for a call back. Come to find our loved one was in the hosptial. The college failed to notify us as they were well aware of the situation. You should all be ashamed. This "College" is lucky we did not file a report with the police. I would like to hear from the school what they consider an "emergency" and their policy. This school does not care about the students just the money**

I was overwhelmed for the first year "Christian Disney Land" a few of us joked. Fellowship, praise, study, and opportunities to exercise gifts on campus & abroad. One thing about being required to listen to commentary & take notes kind of effects you in a way unlike when you have spent years doing it without being compelled (faithfulness). The make up of the body per Semester varies, from "seasoned mighty men & maidens of valor" to "Hey mom & dad did good! high school summer camp! wheres my girlfriend/boyfriend?" Regardless The LORD is faithful to refine you as a customized living Poem of Grace. But that just may require you to learn things you did not expect, for me it was "Knowledge puffs up, Love edifies" and that Biblical leadership/servant-hood is not something that is necessarily achieved by promotion, or entering a hierarchy as it is in the world. Rather it was about being faithful to do whats right, even when seeing by doing so would bring opposition, even to the point of being "cast out" of the camp (Hebrews 13:13-14) (John 16:2), without restoration. If Christ is the object of worship, HE will work something REALLY BEAUTIFUL to uphold you no matter what. There is no doubt HE sees, hears, and knows the heart of the matter.

Calvary Chapel Bible a college sees to be lying about Spiritual support and growth. I went to a Bible college in Costa Mesa and Murrieta and my academic career ended in Murrieta. I try to explain myself what they needed to hear and I was hoping to get a lawyer but there was no use. The staffs at the Murrieta campus, Mark Nigro and Andy Dean did nothing to help but instead took words from accusers and removed me from the campus. Afterwards, the Bible college in Costa Mesa was also informed and director John Hwang agreed not to let me take classes at the Costa Mesa campus. That also tells me I cannot learn about the Bible or be plugged into the body of Christ. How sad.

I must admit, I had my reservations prior to my attendance of this campus. My desires were to be anywhere but here, simply for the rather unfortunate reviews and presuppositions I had of Bible colleges in general. Yet the expectations I had were far surpassed even upon my arrival day alone. Here I have grown so much in less than a year, even when I thought there was no growth to be done, and there's only more maturity to come!
