My name is Evan Wandrey. I am a 25-year-old single father and veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I've tried everything under the sun to lose weight and have a consistently healthy diet but could never figure out how to do it successfully. I met Jeff at the gym I attend and we became pretty good friends. After hearing what he does for a living and talking to him about all of the different people he has helped, I was interested in finding out more. I started off my journey weighing in at 216.4 lbs and three days in I was already down 10 lbs. I was skeptical about fasting for three days to reset my system but after day 2 I had more energy than I have had in a long time. Following the diet and exercise plan I was given, along with the supplements, I was melting fat off my body while still maintaining my muscle and my endurance was through the roof! I've been through a lot of rigorous training in the Marine Corps and I was in good shape, but it didn't compare to what my body was going through at this point. My mind is clear, I am able to wake up right in the mornings, focus on all my school work, and successfully balance the most important thing in my life, My daughter. Jeff was always available to answer any questions I had no matter the time of day, He would send motivational messages randomly, and urge me to just keep pushing because it would all be worth it. And sure enough after just 30 days of discipline and listening to all of Jeff's advice, I was able to drop down to 191 lbs!! I feel absolutely amazing, my endurance again is outstanding (I can just keep running even after 3-4 miles my body just feels like a well-oiled machine), my self-confidence is back, I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. Even after the 30 days of healing, there is no way I will stop talking to Jeff and keep pushing my body to perform like it never has before. Dr Jeff has kept up with me even though I have not been able to respond. It just goes to show how much he cares about people and there well being. I am waiting for my supplements that he recommended to come in. I have minor anxiety. He has gone above and beyond to help me. He loves what he does and loves to help people. I have had Alopecia (random hair loss) on and off my whole life but it hasn’t been this severe in a long time. My doctor's only solution was prescription drugs and my dermatologist’s only solution was steroids, steroids and more steroids injected into my scalp. No thanks. Jeff is a friend going back about 30 years. We stayed in touch periodically on facebook.
