Hardest website for e-commerce when you just want to create! Wix was way easier and less complicated! I have had to jump through so many hoops to try to accept credit card payments on my website! It’s not even worth the hassle! Oh and every little thing you want to do forces you into a more expensive upgrade. For example…defining shipping sizes….yep gotta upgrade! I suggest going through another website provider! Do your research!

I am still working on setting up my Ecwid store but several things have impressed greatly. I had a store using another platform which was a nightmare to integrate into my site. Ecwid however, has proved amazingly intuitive with a huge range of help pages. Technical support has also been first rate. May need to upgrade again in the not too distant future, perhaps they will be rolling out Christmas present discounts 🙂

I find Ecwid very user friendly, especially for someone like me, who’s strength is not tech! My store comes with many great features already built in, for a very reasonable monthly fee. I’ve been able to launch my store, connect it to my WIX website that I previously had, and make sales every week!

help available with use of the internet help sign.
I personally have asked for help and did receive
what I needed plus ideas from the help team.

The inventory program is manageable and could use more features that would allow better control.

The price is very responsible compared to other sites I have used.

An easy to use system that is simple to set up. The duplicate product option is especially useful for adding new products to the store. The logic behind setting up the zones and shipping options takes a while to understand but apart from that I can thoroughly recommend it. The free version is really good for businesses wanting to try online selling for the first time.

Very easy tracking incoming online orders, quick notifications have really only had one problem and it was more on setting up. I had customers leaving carts because of the available phone orders that needed to be changed to credit card orders. Changed the setting this morning. We no longer offer phone orders through our online store so that solved that problem. The site is very user friendly and easily set up and changed.

The software is impressive and very functional and effective. I have no regrets about going with Ecwid so far. Sales have been coming in and I got the hang of it in about a week. The best part though was that I got immediate help via the live chat box anytime I needed and the help was so thorough! Very different from most companies. Simple and easy to use. Lots of settings that make managing my store and tracking y inventory easy. The staff are very helpful and respond quickly to questions. They also have a lot of helpful third party apps such as Trimpo which clones my store on Etsy and helps with sales.
