The entire Optiva IT Team is FANTASTIC! From Sales to Service this Team is so professional, so friendly, and oh so patient with non-technical people 🙂 Unlike other IT companies, Optiva IT never makes us feel like we're a bother when we need help. Choosing someone to handle your computer security network is one of the hardest choices to make. As a Mortgage Owner for the past 30 years and and a staff over 20 employees we need someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing. We have used several IT companies but have never, ever loved one the same way we have loved Optiva. They not only secured us with the best programs to make sure our sensitive data is protected (we own a mortgage company so it is vital) but they are super responsive.
