I can’t say enough great things about DEUCE Athletics! A few years ago, I popped in for a workout, as someone new to lifting, and I was immediately hooked. The community of members here are welcoming, inspiring, motivating, supportive, the list goes on...

Classes are anywhere from 2-6 people (on average) so you get that 1:1 attention from the coaches with the added energy of a group. During class, you're not just working out, you’re also getting feedback on your form. The coaches here are extremely experienced and helpful when it comes to making adjustments/modifications for members.

Whether you're new to working out or are an experienced athlete this is the place to go.

My 15 year old daughter started training at Deuce two years ago for strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and committed to make each member their best. They offer group sessions or private training (for sport specific work outs). Now our entire family is members at the gym. I love the culture, it really feels like we’re part of a family. Also, as a parent, I am thrilled to see the results of stronger, more confident athletes.

My 18 year old son Joey has been going to Deuce Athletics for 5 years and I cannot say enough good things about this gym, or Ronnie and Chris. From day one they have kept my son's best interest at heart and over the years they have given him all of the tools he needed mentally and physically to be the best athlete he can be. Their dedication to their clients and their gym is above and beyond the best you can find anywhere and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get in shape, or that wants to give their child that extra edge that makes them stand out among the rest. I’ve been going to Deuce Athletics (DA) since 2019 or so and like the founder told me before I started, “It’ll change your life…” Well I’ll be damned. It did!

Previous to attending DA, I was going to Anytime Fitness and later CrossFit. Both places just didn’t land for me. DA has the perfect match of intensive coaching and perfectly tailored strength and conditioning classes that are challenging but won’t leave you hurt or unable to walk or more the next day.

If you’re the average or below average athlete, they’ll start you with a crawl, walk then run regimen that’s fun and will plus you up in a long term fashion devoid of injury.

Their coaches are energetic, thoughtful and very skilled. Each class for me feels like a one on one, but surrounded with fantastic personalities by way of the students who attend class.

Classes aside, DA likes to craft a community centered around athletics. We frequently have social outings and gatherings and I’ve made many of a quality friend that will last for life.

If you’re looking forward to a gym that’s more than a gym and more of an energetic experience filled with passion, DA is your spot!

Deuce Athletics and all the instructors are incredible! I wanted to get back into weightlifting with guided instruction and I found this gem. The classes are never crowded so you always feel you’re getting the attention you need and deserve. It’s a great community atmosphere as well with the other members. Deuce Athletics was just what I was looking for!

I am one month into training at Deuce Athletics which I decided to try thanks to a good friend who has been a member for sometime now. Despite my hesitation due to many injuries and a long time away from working out with weights, the coaches welcomed me and have been great with modifications, taking time to show me proper form as well as pushing me within and beyond my limits at every session. Lastly, the community of members here have been inspiring, motivating and supportive which really makes me want to continue to show up every week.
