I went to Lupe's Locksmith today to purchase an extra key for my Toyota Venza. Lupe programed and cut the key in about 20 minutes. This was my first time coming here and I'm very happy with the Excellent service I received. It was a pleasure meeting you Lupe and thank you for your help. Later on I'll another key made for my other car.

The girl was nice but their pricing is ridiculous.

$40 for a standard key just to open doors.
Insane mark up for a blank.

$200+ tax and fees for a smart key that sells for $49 online.

I’m good with a fair mark up but this is a bit much.
Better service, fair pricing and their shop might do better and not falling apart.

If you need the key of your vehicle to be programmed, this is the place!..I took my 2015 Infiniti QX60 key to be programmed, and Tony did it in no time. He was a very knowledgeable person. Very friendly person. Totally recommend for any key work related.

They are the worst ever, I called to ask about the price they told me $100 to reprogram the key. I said ok, and drove all the way in traffic when I got there they told me if it didn’t work you gonna pay $50!!! I was explaining to them that no one told me about paying $50 if didn’t work, they guy told me you didn’t ask and he start shouting and screaming at me, that’s the bald guy in the shop and the one I talked to him on the phone, he was so rude to me, I waited till he finished shouting and then I started talking he left me. It’s the worst experience ever, don’t even think to go there. I normally don’t write reviews but the way the bald guy treated me was indescribable. And they don’t accept cards too only cash in 2023😆. I don’t wanna stop writing about how bad they treated me and how bad this the bald guy was mean to me but anyway you guys got the idea. It’s the worst idea ever to do business with them!!!

Lupe’s is great. They were super friendly on the phone and in person, worked quickly, and had extremely fair pricing. They do car keys/locks, fobs, and normal house keys/locks. There is plenty of street parking in front of the store. I will come here again if I ever need something re-keyed.

Great service . Prices are comparable to other locksmith services. I also prefer to use a family owned business where possible to spread the wealth amongst communities and not just the Home Depot’s/Lowes etc.
