I absolutely adore this charming library! It's a fantastic space that caters to a wide age range, making it perfect for both little ones and teenagers. The atmosphere is so conducive to learning, and my kids thrive here. One standout feature is the monthly updated teen only activity board-such a great initiative!

One of the first places we searched for when coming to Midland was the local library. We are a family of avid readers. Setting up our free library card was so easy. And the librarians are always SO nice! I've asked for recommendations on books, donut shops, and even where parks are! They have never let us down. They know our family now and always ask about us if only one of us goes in. I LOVE this library! Probably the best one I've been to EVER.

For the first time after years of going to Midland, TX to visit my family, we finally decided to go to Midland public library. Wow, very nice library inside and out. It has lots of art, sculptures, books and history artifacts. We live in Minnesota and we had never been to a more fun and intertaning library. We highly recommend it especially if you are visiting the city

I've spent several days here over the years doing research on commercial real estate projects and am always telling others about how well run the Downtown Library is here in Midland. It was easy to make an appointment to request and view the folios I needed with the ORIGINAL developer's documents so I could see them for myself. The staff is beyond fantastic and did not make me feel rushed or like I was putting them out and were extremely helpful.

We love coming to the library. The children's space is our haven. My kids enjoy playing with the toys and the light board. We make a point to stop at the play house. I appreciate the staff for helping us find books about our favorite things and for keeping us informed of activities and reading programs.

My kids and I absolutely love this place!
It is quiet, peaceful, and clean.
The atmosphere is not over-stimulating. It's cozy enough to sit and read a book - the exact way a library should be.
