The drivers of this company are horrible. One of them sat in-front of my house for twenty minutes in reverse, which meant that the she left the loud and obnoxious alarm (from being in reverse) to blare for twenty minutes in a residential area before 7am.

It's always odd when you get ghosted by a professional organization. A few weeks ago I spoke with someone about taking part in the study, and a day and time was set up for an in-person appointment. However, I never received the emails or follow up phone calls that they told me to expect. When I called I no one answered the phone, nor did anyone ever return my voicemails. Anyway, I have no idea what happened or where they went, but the initial phone call was very pleasant so two stars!

Talked to someone today got an appointment Tuesday.
I am in a study at this facility, had a scheduled call Friday but was in the middle of something and couldn’t talk. They never called me back, I called them 7 times, no answer. Called 5 times Monday no answer. What’s up with these people, never answer their phones!!😡🤬
