The team at Thomson AC provide the best service, they are trustworthy...and particularly in my case did not try to up-sell me on more expensive products that I did not need for the size of my home. They are knowledgeable and quick to help you resolve your heating and air conditioning issues. They are capable of handling small jobs all the way to massive commercial projects, I saw work that they were doing at The Grand in Long Beach and it looked like a really big job.

I've had Thomson Air Conditioning's AC/Heater unit for almost 10 years now. No major problems, anything small has been handled as maintenance. The techs have all been really nice, and the communication is easy as they use text, emails, and electronic invoicing. I've never felt like they over charge, either.
