I was working with Ms. Raquel on an order. We exchanged many emails of what I wanted to where I even sent her packaging to make sure her bags could fit. Her last email was that she was putting a quote together for me and now I have yet to hear back from her. I've emailed her, called and texted because we communicated all 3 ways and she has not said anything back. Not even to say why she couldn't do the order. With 2weeks passing of us figuring out all of the logistics to then another week of me waiting on a quote to then another week of having to find someone else and start over put me back a month. This to me was just out right horrible customer service when it started out so great with high energy between us. I love supporting family owned businesses and I hate I had this experience with them.
