Let’s start with the fact that not only are they pawn shop owners but they are also LANDLORDS as well. My mom was in need of a home and there was a vacant apartment recommended nearby. Long story short, my mom contacted them, viewed the apartment, submitted an application along with a credit check fee, and within 24 hours or so, she submitted a portion of the deposit that they had requested so that they could hold the apartment until it was fully cleaned. A few days passed by and my mom was distraught by awful news at seven at night on a Sunday evening, that they were no longer going to go with her as a tenant and to go in on the next available day to receive a refund. Can I just say how UNPROFESSIONAL that is? My mom responded asking why that is so, as it is only common courtesy to her as a potential tenant so that she may fix the issue if it is within her reach. No response. I went in to pick up the deposit and asked the reason. Yet, she did not want to offer that information because she could not “disclose that information”. All of my mom’s Ts were crossed and Is were dotted. There is only one thing that could have held her back and I think it’s unprofessional to have ONE reason to not rent to her and everything else go out the window. I am not an idiot and I know it was Rusty Robinson who decided to bad mouth my mother. But my question for you Alice is… WHY was my mom his tenant for OVER 10 years if she was such a bad tenant Maybe you should ask your friend why in TEN YEARS the ONLY thing he fixed on the property was the kitchen sink while she was there!!! Horrible landlords and bitter old people!

I wish I got her name, but the older woman behind the counter was great. She had a no nonsense air about her, but I imagine you need something like that to work in that type of business. I brought a ring in to get money for some bills and, while she couldn't offer me what I needed, she did take the time to walk me through why she was offering what she was offering. I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a lovely experience.

I asked for for a electric saw and She told Me it was 59.00. Have the same one but got left behind in the move. I told Her no thank You could Buy a new one for that. Wanted to haggle said no thank You! Was told to never come back! Woman about My age 62yrs with glasses. Rude! Cheaper to shop elsewhere. Without the Rudeness. It's a pawn shop! You not suppose to charge more than it actually worth New . Walked out Pist!

Worst place on earth. They ear horribly rude. She seriously took advantage of me. She offered me 4 dollars for a brand new $400 condencer recording mic. It was unbelievable. She just made me feel like such a lowlife. Super rude. Like its been an experience I just cant shake. It was awful. We are all people. Sometimes we have hard times. All three of the staff ive ever met. They just were the worst. I never want to see their faces again. #awful

The owner was very Rude to me and my husband and acts as if your merchandise is not good enough to pawn, quote on pawning items was the bare minimum. We will never step foot in her establishment again. On the other hand jewelry pawn on seventh st, Hanford outstanding customer service.

I love this Pawn Shop, for their kindness and their willingness to help.
To whom this may concern;
My name is Rhonda Rodriguez. I have gold diamond loop earings, a gold diamond Bracelet, and a gold diamond necklace. I know I probably shouldn't post this here. The thing is, my husband is making threats about going and getting my jewelry without my permission. I am not giving him permission to do anything. Those are of sentimental value to me, and do not want to lose them. If my husband Nasairo Rodriguez tries to get my jewelry know that he does not have my permission to do so. I would like to be contacted ASAP. He stole the last receipt that was signed by me. I do have the original receipts for all three items. Please I beg you do not let him take my jewelry. He is doing this, for the fact that, we are seperated and are going to get divorced. I apologize for whoever sees this publicly. I also apologize to the pawn shop. I don't want to lose my jewelry.

I believe these were stolen from me , I have a storage in my back yard. I've been investigating this ring of thraves that are very hard to catch, because they use drones & watch you so it's almost impossible to catch them. But I've studied & went to collage for criminal justice so I'm pretty good at this kinda stuff, I've id'd 2 of the perps and I'm pretty sure I know exactly who the rest of the crew is.
