This review is a five-star for the tall blonde with glasses and a -4 for the old dude with the ponytail. I'm usually assisted by the tall blonde younger guy with glasses, but unfortunately I got grumpy grumpkins. If it was just his attitude I probably would not even have left a review. However this person made it evidenr to extended courteous customer service in a very selective manner. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he always has a bad day, but only with specific kinds of people. Every time I come to this recycling location and he is present, he has a horrible attitude. Hopefully whatever it is gets better for him and I hope he has better days so that he can provide equal level customer service to everyone.

Trash trash trash!
Arrived well before 5pm. Got refused service because "I am taking these last three and closing. We close at 5, have to clean up, and I don't get paid overtime.
Your employer is crooked and not following state laws. It's illegal! But that's none of my business...

The complainers do not realize how lucky we are to have this place. Too many locations have closed. I am told that some scrap yard redemption centers make you remove the twisted off caps from the bottles because the caps have a higher value. Not, for me.
In the last 25 years you always received a voucher that was redeemed at Ralph's, Stater Bros. or Walmart in my case. A short line is not that big of a deal.

I usually go there around the times of 12pm-3pm since it’s not as packed. I went there at 9 am most of the time and they aren’t open but once they do people are going o create a big horde so it’s better around 12-3 pm. They have very good costumer service and if you bring Yakult bottles they will give you much more than the regular recycled bottles.

I'm super dissapointed in this place. I drove from across town to get here plenty of time before closing. I had only 3 trash bags of cans, a quick simple transaction but as I get here and park, there's a couple trucks unloading massive, I mean a huge amount that they obviously are not close to being ready to start the weighing process, and the worker, an older man, told me he can't help me. He refused to let me jump in and be helped as he waited for these other customers to separate their massive amount. I pleaded with him and told him I came all across town and I'm only trying to clean out my car for a vacation tomorrow. He didn't care. It's still 30 minutes before their computers shut down at 5pm.
I'm upset. Really dissapointed in their service to the community right now.

Pretty impressed with this spot. The younger gentleman who works here works very hard to keep everything clean and tidy. He’s polite but straight forward. Don’t take it personal. Honest recycling compared to other ones. They aren’t going to cheat you.

This was one of the worst recycling experiences of my life. First, only have a few barrels (15), so if more than three or four people show up you're waiting forever as everyone figures out how to share the barrels and turn everything in. The employee does nothing to help and actually hinders the process, due to giving one barrel to each pers on rather than getting a group of barrels to someone who's been waiting so that they can simply get done.

After you finally get through the process of turning your stuff in, you are then handed a coupon to go to Walmart. And so, if there's a long line there, you have to continue to wait before you can even get your cash. And no, they don't tell you this before you turn stuff in.

Take your business elsewhere... It's not worth it.
