My doctor and care is excellent. I have only one complaint and that is that I had to wait over an hour past my post op appointment time to meet with him which only lasted 2 minutes. The schedule should be set to accommodate patients in a more timely manner without interfering with the doctors care or the patient's treatment and time management requirements.

I am posting this review on behalf of my mom who had cataract surgery on her right eye in 2023. The surgery was performed by Dr Donaldson who had the best bedside manners! My mom's vision has significantly improved and her quality of life has increased. Dr Donaldson and his staff really cares for their patients. Five stars!!!

I received outstanding care at Inland Eye Specialists. The doctors and staff display professionalism, expertise and convey confidence to their patients. The office is run efficiently, smoothly and greets everyone with a friendly smile.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes with excellent results. The operating room is reminiscent of one in an acute hospital. It utilizes the latest technology and is run with precision. The doctors and nurses are experts in their fields providing care with safety their top priority.

I saw Dr Nori today and she was fabulous! Very friendly, bubbly, and informative. My optical specialist was Theresa and she was very helpful in finding a frame and style that I liked. Overall love this office hence why I keep coming back!

Went to have a laser procedure that I drove 45 minutes to the office Upon arriving I discovered that I forgot my wallet. Was told by Martha that I owed $500 deductible. Told Martha that I didn't have my wallet. She said that they wouldn't do the procedure without payment even though I said I would call in my credit card information as soon as I got home post procedure. She said she would asked the manager who ended up rejecting my request to pay as soon as I got home. Outrageous customer service. I was treated like a poor person or like a crook. Never been treated this way. Now I've got to reschedule my appointments when I took a sick day to have this done. This place really stinks
No compassion at all and no regard to good clients that pay their bills and could have easily paid the deductible. How much did they already bill my insurance for all that they would have done
Completely unacceptable. I'm going to go take my business elsewhere This manager didn't even take the time to come and talk to me. Lousy customer service. I won't be back and I will tell everyone on Yelp to take their business elsewhere

I just had my first eye surgery two weeks ago and I went from 20/70 to 20/25. Today I had the second one and it went well. Tomorrow I will find out how well it went🥰👍❤️👁️8⁠-⁠). I did receive excellent care and all the staff were professional and caring.

Excellent experience! Everyone professional and friendly. I was surprised that I asked about getting my progress report for my primary doctor, and they didn’t give me any problems, just printed them out and handed them to me. A lot of places make you jump through so many hoops but not Inland Eye, I had what I needed in less than two minutes. Highly recommend this place.
