Good afternoon those who desire to enroll in this school please don’t waste your time because no one waits til a week to hear back from the company to answer u. It puts us under deep anxiety. Tried calling the teacher many times and all now she can’t answer my question now i don’t know how to access what i need done for next week. Too much money gone down the drain and another thing the website to do assignments and quizzes is out of order. The company is fraud and disorganized

Hi! I took the Phlebotomy course and completed it March 29, 2024. I passed my NHA Exam first try! It is a hard test and I highly recommend you take NHA practice test as the test questions are worded differently than we learned in our course. STUDY! There were a few little issues but be patient they will get it done! Mrs. Abagail Jones is one on the nicest people I've ever met. Big Thanks to Mrs. Abagail and her family!

I absolutely love this facility! The instructor Mrs. Abigail Jones is a true sweetheart! She is a great teacher, instructor, and warm hearted person. During my 4 week program she had a death in her family and refused to cancel any classes. Despite her coming to class sorrowful she still taught with a smile on her face and sat any personal issues to the side. She is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she is the best at what she teach.

A Great Place, Even a greater Teacher, Mentor,Counselor, Coach and Friend. Mrs Abigail Jones The Director of New Hope Learning center is changing lives of so many Individuals. I have worked in the Medical Field for over 14 years I recently reached out To New hope and stated that I needed a refresher Medical Assistant course so that I may obtain my Certification.........When I tell you New hope took me in and worked with me around my schedule so that I may accomplish My goal.......Not Only did she walked me through this process but also was patient and generous and very understanding........I give this school 10 stars...A great school to start soaring for your careers .....

Been trying to get my certification diploma for the last 3 years. Paid all this money, finished, and STILL can’t get my diploma. Was told it got shipped 2times in the mail which was lies from 2020. Had to hunt down both wife and husband. Ignoring calls and text messages. Had to reach out on Facebook. Currently, the issue is that they can’t get in contact with who they need to get my certificate but it’s their school.

I am so so thankful that I found New Hope! I have completed two courses here, certified phlebotomy technician and certified medical assistant. The classes are quick and super affordable and the instructor made the materials easy to learn. I searched other schools in the area and no one could compare to New Hope, so don’t waste your time calling other places ? I am forever grateful that I was able to kick start my career here and as long as their doors are open, I will tell everyone I know about New Hope!

I just completed the Phlebotomy Tech Program at New Hope Learning Center with Mr. Jones and it was awesome! He starts the program by inspiring you to become the best that you can be and continues to keep you motivated through completion. You also receive hands on training which is extremely helpful! If you are thinking about a career in the medical field, do not hesitate to start here. They offer several programs and the prices are unbeatable. Thank you New Hope for a WONDERFUL experience! Definitely a Hidden Gem!! 🙂
