I'm disappointed with the service and AI technology provided by REV. I've taken the liberty of pointing out several areas of concern regarding asset interaction and the quality of received data, drawing from our industry experience and knowledge. Regrettably, these concerns have gone unanswered. Additionally, our involvement has required navigating through multiple account managers (seven, to be exact), alongside consistent reinvestment in educating your team about our campaign objectives and historical context. Given our efforts and input, results fell far below our expectations with no usable data. Despite high hopes, time, communication, and investment we did not receive the value promised. After multiple attempts, communication, feedback, etc. REV provided no restitution or results. I'd recommend thorough research before engaging with this company.
