I came in on a rainy evening and was greeted very warmly by our lovely server Cheyenne. She promptly brought out crayons, a coloring page, and even complimentary fruit and goldfish crackers for our kid. She got our drinks and appetizer out nice and quickly, despite how many people she was serving. She also brought complementary refills on our wontons for our Poke stack! It was an overall great experience and even though it was rainy out, it was worth it for the great food and service!

WOW! Manager called me post my review, and personally apologized! (I got an invite via email to send a review since I have the BJ app now, so directly shared this one)
She was off the day things went south, Jan 1, and did all the right things, NEVER justified or defended, only apologies and explanation!
She wants to make things right, and as she never mentioned me changing my review, just because of that I WILL, up it to 4 stars, due to this effort. Rock on Amal.

Made us wait even though we had reservations
The food took forever (40 mins)?
And one dish was altered from the menu with NO notice to us OR server because they ran "out" of cous cous ... So just didn't give us any NOR a replacement!

Server super nice, Kelly, but they made so many mistakes on the order, took forever,

We made a reservation for 6pm, showed up on time. Still told to wait 15?

Then long wait for server.

Then 40 min wait for food

No garlic bread. Almost done with meal by time I got.

Wife's meal altered from menu, no warning. They ran out of Cous cous? Why no offer of alternatives? Options instead?

We were suggested to join BJ club, free dessert, we do so, get receipt and we are charged for free dessert?

Waiter fixed it.

But what a hassle!

No onions seen in pictures or menu descriptions but was mostly onions !

Loved it! Been eating at these places from Daytona Beach to Santa Rosa. Food, service, and atmosphere never let me down. Lunch was yummy. Ahi tuna bites with avocado slices. All I needed. My kids got full meals and gobbled the food up presentation always colorful and attractive. AND ALWAYS TASTY.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. Started with wings then she had a cheeseburger, lettuce wrapped, I had the soup and salad combo. Everything was delicious!
A nice size bowl of clam chowder and a wedge was perfect, wife lived her burger, said you could taste the flame broiling on it
Service was fast and friendly. Waitress was great
One appetizer, 2 meals plus two diet sodas was around 58 dollars...pretty good price.
We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back

First of all, this BJ's is HUGE!

I had the bread bowl & it was satisfying but nothing to write home about.

My cousin ordered the chicken wings & the chicken wings were amazing. I am specifically writing this review to discuss how surprised I was at how good quality & flavor the chicken wings were.

I tried the pizzookie trio for the first time in my life & the salted caramel pizzookie was my favorite. A wonderful meal! I highly recommend it!

Came in to eat with family before heading to Snoopy’s Ice. Got seated right away and didn’t take long for our food! Our server Madeline was awesome! She was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, even thought ahead and brought over extra waters with our coffee! Everything was 10/10!
