I took my MPA I on line, and my second one in person at UCLA, with Professor Mitra. The second one, was a great experience . I felt the effects of Meditation immediately, She gave us a lot of tools, to practice as part of our daily lives. The only negative comment, is that I was asking by emails to have a letter of participation in the courses. I never get an answer. I think they need more support for administrative aspects.
