This is a legitimate research company. Two years ago, I entered into one of their studies for a RSV vaccine , which I completed today. I was always treated respectfully, communication is very good, all appointments were on time, and all compensation payments to me were made on time as promised.

HORRIBLE. They called me in twice and I didn’t qualify. Problem is the second time, they didn’t have to call me in to tell me I didn’t qualify because I was on too many meds prior. The nurse (I think) barely looked at my chart and said that. They could have told me that over the phone. Didn’t even compensate or show any compassion for the long drive I took over there. How unprofessional, irresponsible and inefficient. Don’t support these people, bad work ethic. You’ll also end up wasting much of your time.

This people are not professionals. And in addition they are incredibly inconsiderate of your time. I drove 14 miles to meet with, Milli, and what she could have researched in more than 30 days that I gave her my info, she waited until I drove to her to tell me that I don't qualify based on some absolutely bogus story. Add insult to injury when I requested at least a gas card for my travel, she said No! and told me that they no longer gave out gas cards.

I would think about it 3 times before you give these people a second of your time. They are terribly inconsiderate.

The treatment I received at P. R. I. was courteous and professional. The study was non-invasive to my routine and was well compensated for. Overall it was a pleasure to be apart of the study.

The staff is very friendly. They treat you like an Adult, which means they expect you to know your own LIFE history and be honest about what you expect. This is Not A Miracle clinic but if you qualify then it helps 💰 wise with the Medication that you need.

I drove all the way out there only to be disqualified. Had they screened better it would have alleviated a lot of unnecessary travel and irritation
