When are you guys going to pick up the phone for people to be able to pay their bills?. I can’t even pay my water bill because you guys don’t even answer during business hours and never bother to call back.

If you’re going to live in or move to Guadalupe. Keep in mind you’re always going to be late on your utility bills because they don’t offer automatic payments. And the website they give you on the letter bill is not the same one they have taped on their door.

The operator doesn’t even recognize the account number provided by them.

every month the same hassle just to pay a water bill!
