I had to have X-rays taken of my foot to see if it was broken. Scheduling was done effortlessly and they were able get me an appointment within a week at the Pismo Beach location.
The X-ray was done in a quick and timely manner without much discomfort to me, which I much appreciated. All in all, it was an effortless and comfortable experience.

I was told my appointment was at 715 and to show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment or it would be cancelled. Paperwork the day of said 745. I don't appreciate spending an hour in a sitting room because it's more convenient for a company

Haven’t even got an answer been calling since the end of January when I received my text to call and schedule. I’ve called so many times and waited for someone to answer for 30+ minutes. Seriously ridiculous!!!!!!!

I have used this location several times even though I am coming from North County. Their MRI machine for breast imaging is "foot first" and more comfortable because your head is not in the tunnel. The staff has always been very nice and fast!

This place completed humiliated my mom. The x ray tech Kyle asked her if she was wearing a bra in front of the entire waiting area and then announced she needed to remove her bra and place it in her purse and then continue to wait while given nothing to cover herself in front of mostly men. Very unprofessional. Staff was rude overall.

Terrible customer service. Phone system rings but no answer. Drive all the Way to Pismo Beach and was told technician sick. Never got a call. Rescheduled 3X. Something is wrong with this office staff and management.

My meeting with Dr Salinger was excellent.I was impressed with his courteous ,yet direct manner.However when I decided to have the surgery,I was told I would be informed within a week of the date.Well it’s now past three weeks and nothing.Not a word.No response from scheduling.Might as well be dead.
