Open to changing this review if my experience changes. Normally I’m not the guy to give bad reviews but quite frankly the entire process, every step of the way has been unclear. I never even got to use the trial because I couldn’t line up my schedules with tech support and get them to fix it until the day before it ended, I know that’s not their fault.

You have to beg them to send you a free trial if you’ve got no experience to start, I get it they dont want you going in blind, cause it’s a lot. Make sure you pull up the 10 different pages of instructions all with different info on them and study them thoroughly. Don’t click any down load button you see, assuming it’s related to the trial. They’ll send you to a website to make an account, don’t accidentally download auto desk or anything or it won’t work when you download the right thing. I tried to sign up for a new trial and they denied it so I tried to purchase it thinking it would solve the issue. WRONG. You’d think when your trial ends, and the program sends you a link to pay for a subscription, that it’s for the subscription you want right? Cause you were sent there from the program you downloaded and were using…no don’t do that cause you’ll just send money to some other company even though that’s what they told you to do. The process has been painfully convoluted and maybe I’m the only one whose ever had these series of unfortunate events happen in this specific order, but I have wasted 12-14 hours trying to get this thing to work, resolving issue after issue after issue, thinking surely it will work when I fix this problem, nope…hasn’t happened yet for me anyway. I tried to be positive and just keep pushing through it but I’m so exhausted with this process I’m giving up. I had high hopes this would save me time and pay for it self but I’m beyond frustrated and worn out with trying to get it to work, and now I have to deal with trying to get a refund. I own two businesses and live on a farm and drive several hours a day for work commute. I don’t have the bandwidth for this, and I can’t easily carve out time in my busy schedule. If you’re going to download it make sure you have a full entire day to have tech support do it for you. Don’t be like me thinking this would be a simple process you could download and make your map that night.
