Eric and Jeff have both been excellent at getting my key and lock work done, I've been using this shop for 20 years now. Sometimes a bit busy when I arrive, but not much of a wait. They've done all of my auto key cutting and programming work, at far less that what a dealer would charge.

I took a new key fob in to get programmed when the old one quit working. The owner asked to look at the old one, cleaned up the contacts inside and now it works fine. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. I’ve been going to Reeds for years and will continue.

Reeds is amazing! They answered the phone politely, made a reasonable appointment time, showed up early to make sure they were in the right place, made sure all the paperwork matched up and I wasn't just stealing someone's car, made me a new key very fast and charged a totally reasonable amount for their services.
