Sharon called and left me a voicemail the day before my MRI. She stated that the MRI was going to be at 9:30am. I showed up and filled out the paperwork at 9:15am. I went to the front desk and showed them my voicemail. The two clerks told me that the check in time was at 9:50 for a 10:10 appointment time. Seems like no one communicates with each other.

I have had multiple MRIs and CAT scans in my time and other sites lacked the warmth and individualized care I received at Roseville Diagnostic Imaging.

Trying to get cd mailed to my doctor. Through 2 hours of back and forth calls last week they said it had been mailed. Got a call from my Drs office this morning saying the disc was never sent. Was confirmed by R.I. that they would mail it out today causing the cancellation and rebooking of an appointment I have been waiting 6 months for. Now two more months of pain before the new appointment. Why would an employee blatantly lie to both me and my Drs office last week that it had gone out in that mornings mail. She said she did it personally to me over the phone. VERY unprofessional.

I went here for an MRI on 8/9/2024 and was in so much pain I couldn't finish the imaging. The tech was so nice and so was the receptionist. I went back a week later still without pain meds but was able to finish this time. They were equally as nice to me. I recommend this location highly if you need compassion and excellent service. Thank you so much!!!

Well the experience was really nice the atmosphere was great, all the people was very pleasant and nice, the technician was very patient, and kind but the space is kind of tight to walk through.

I needed a mri on my hands and wrist. I received the text message to confirm my appointment for my first mri the day before my appointment for the following day at 3:30pm. Before I could confirm the appointment I receive a voicemail asking me to come in at 12:20pm. I arrive at 11:40am wait for an hour before I’m asked for confirmation of the new time , then asked to come back at 3:20pm. Due to gas prices I wait around for three hours. I didn’t get called back until after 4pm. 4+ hours waisted. The technician was great.
Schedule the next mri for three weeks later at “7am” to accommodate my schedule. I visited the office a week before to confirm my 7am apt on the specified date. Surprisingly, I receive a text message the Friday before my appointment to confirm my “8:30am”appointment. Confused and frustrated considering the amount of time it took to schedule this specific time and date for the appointment. When I called I was informed that my only option was to reschedule for another appointment that was three weeks out. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. The worse experience I’ve had with scheduling and maintaining appointments. I would not recommend this clinic.

I've had three open MRIs at Roseville Diagnostic Imaging since May 2024. I am delighted with the staff's professionalism, patience, kindness, and the facilities cleanliness. Additionally, on my third visit recently, my referal was printing on the fax machine while someone was calling in to cancel their appointment so I got a phone call asking if I could be there within the hour. I was and had a same day appointment. That was fantastic!

Also, a lot of technicians or doctors who read the scans i.e. CT Scans, MRIs, PET Scans, etc., at many facilities follow a very strict policy of only commenting on the findings in regards to the purpose of what the scan was intended, for example if you have back pain they will only comment on your spine even if they see something else a bit out of the ordinary that shouldn't be there and it's blatantly obvious, some techs/doctors don't comment on it to avoid liability. But (unfortunately) but very very fortunately, depends on if you are a cup half emtpy or cup half full kind of person, the tech/doctor that completed the report on my lumbar MRI made a very distinct note that there was a large mass on my left ovary and recommended further evaluation, an ultrasound, etc., and that prompted the proper routing for the results to not only be sent back to my spine surgeon that ordered it, but then my primary care physician, whom noted it immediately, and it triggered an immediate dominoe of proper conduct to insure I got the medical care necessary to insure if there is cause for concern of Ovarian Cancer it is handled with the attention it deserves in a timely fashion. THANK GOODNESS these guys did what they did, they may have saved my life. Roseville DI went above and beyond what my experience has been with DRI, I know that for sure, and to my knowledge DRI doesn't have an "OPEN" MRI machine. They do have that "stay in your lane" policy though. Thanks Roseville Diagnostics. I am so very grateful. Fingers crossed it's benign.

I took my mom to this location for CT scan in December 2023 and had a very unpleasant experience. The technician named Jacky was very rude and unprofessional. He never greeted nor he introduced himself to me or my mom. Had my mom sign the consent without explaining what was being signed for. He did not asked me to kindly leave the room due to exposure but slammed the door behind me. I will not recommend this office to any of my friends and family members.
