WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2015. AFTER RECEIVING AN EMAIL THAT I HAD TO SWITCH TO THE CLOUD BASED PROGRAM. I CALLED AND PROCEEDED TO SWITCH. TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET ONLINE AND ONLY ABOUT 20 PERCENT OF MY CUSTOMERS WHERE TRANSFERRED OVER. AFTER THEY MADE MY PROGRAM LIVE I FOUND OUT IF A CUSTOMER DECLINED THE WORK THAT QUOTE WENT GOD KNOWS WHERE. SO IF THEY DECIDED IN FUTURE THEY WANTED TO DO THE JOB IT WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THE COMPANY NEVER HELPED ME TRANSFER ALL MY CUSTOMERS AND FILES OVER FROM OLD SYSTEM SAYING THEY HAD NO WAY OF GETTING IT WHICH WAS COMPLETE BS. AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH USING THE PROGRAM I WAS FED UP WITH ALL THE ISSUES AND COME TO FIND OUT THE EMAIL I RECEIVED WAS IMPROPERLY SENT AS I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO SWITCH TO ONLINE SYSTEM. ATER ASKING FOR A REFUND THEY TOLD ME NO REFUNDS. I DID RECEIVE A REFUND OF HALF OF WHAT I PAID AFTER I SHOWED THEM THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING LIVE ON MY COMPUTER WHILE THEY WERE CONNECTED TO IT. I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND NO QUESTIONS ASKED . BUT NOPE ONLY GOT HALF. AND AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW I SWITCHED TO DIFFERENT SERVICE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT LITERALLY SEIZED TO HELP ME MIGRATE ALL MY CUSTOMERS THAT WERE LEFT ON THERE SYSTEM OVER TO MY NEW SYSTEM . AND I WAS LOCKED OUT WHILE THE OTHER COMPANY WHICH THERE PLATFORM BLOWS THEM OUT OF THE WATER, WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MIGRATING MY CUSTOMERS OVER I GET LOCKED OUT. THANKS SHOWS HOW MUCH YOUR ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 9 YRS MEANS TO YOU .
