I have been using Pacific West Sound for events and installations for the last 20 years now for Valley Bible Fellowship and its campuses. I have had many years working in sound and industrial installations and can honestly say that Pac West is the best sound and A/V installer around. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and professional work is second to none. There are several installers out there, but believe me, it's more than worth hiring these guys to have a meticulous installation. They also stand behind their work. I had a piece of equipment fail on our main campus (out of warranty by the way) on a Saturday afternoon. We had to have our system up and running for Sunday morning. All of their crew was either off or working on other stuff so Brent himself came off of a bike ride and stayed till 11PM to get things going again. You don't find service like that anymore!
Also, everyone is friendly and helpful in the office. We do a lot of rentals as well as supply purchases. It's a pleasure to business with everyone there.

My experience with these guys has been awesome.
Their customer service is excellent. I brought in equipment for a last minute warranty repair on 3 different occassions and they were able to get me fixed up and good to go in record time. I highly recommend Pacific West Sound.

professional and down to earth service. They are open to answering questions and fully informing us of what working and what can be improved. Making having sound equipment an easy process.
They have helped us with our church outreach’s (in wide open space). They have also made the in house system
sound amazing (2000spft).

Looking forward to have them do the sound in our new building in the future.

Pac West Sound has been the audio/video service provider for my professional organization's (IREM - Institute of Real Estate Management) annual real estate forecast breakfast event for two years. This is a professional networking and educational event focused on the real estate market in Bakersfield, featuring 8+ speakers with Power Point presentations for an audience of 300+ and the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center. At each event, we have worked closely with Jordan and Al on all things technical, and they have provided superior customer service and attention to detail. Both events have run smoothly from a technical aspect, and even last-minute changes have been no problem for Pac West. Additionally, Pac West's pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies in Bakersfield. We expect to be using the Pac West team for our annual event, and any other event requiring sophisticated audio/video equipment, for the foreseeable future. Listened to them attempt to mix an orchestra and man it was bad. The orchestra was amazing but the sound engineer decided to blast us with the constant pounding of the snare drum and eliminate everything below 800 cycles. It sounded like I was in a crappy old car.
