Rezku is the best POS we’ve ever used. They are constantly coming up with new ideas and products to benefit their customers. Very seldom are there any issues but if one shall arise, they are quick to answer the phone and help in anyway possible. Let’s be honest, every pos company is going to have issues.

The POS can be customized to meet needs of each restaurant in their own individual ways.they are quick to make changes and updates on the advice of their consumers as well.

You absolutely can not go wrong with a support system that is available 24/7 when you
work in the service industry!!

I started my own business and used this company because I thought to give the ‘little guy’ a chance and that their pricing seemed clear. Well it’s not. This is a real life example to me of why the big companies are top players in the market…square/toast etc. DO NOT use this company. My business failed (not their fault). However, then their extra fees and ‘low volume of transactions’ fees they began to assess unannounced were staggering. Costing me $4-5k to ultimately cancel. Many times I was referred to my Terms of Agreement when trying to cancel. When I asked which page it stated said issue at hand, I was told I do not have time to look into that. They will hide behind their Terms that can change ‘at their discretion’. This company caused me a great deal of distress, please go with a known player. I am a finance major and understand numbers…their methods do not follow financial sense.

After using many other restaurant POS systems over the years, I have not had a better experience that with Rezku. When it came time to open my own place I did a ton of research, there are way more POS software companies than I thought. I am so happy to have found Rezku, they meet all of our restaurants/bar needs and beyond. Customer support is amazing and is always available via live chat, use that feature, it is so helpful. Not to mention the price can not be beat.

I have been in restaurants for over 10 years and the Rezku POS is the best I've worked with. It's easy to set up, easy to use, and has all of the features that we need to run our restaurant smoothly and efficiently. We have been working with this company for 1 year now and so far the overall experience has been amazing! The support staff does an amazing job of no only being prompt and well informed but also they all have great customer service and are always willing to listen to ideas on how to better improve their POS system through the eyes of the actual users. This company just like any other has some growing to do still but they are well on the way to being not only one of the best POS systems out there but also being on top for the amazing customer service they have!

I’ve been using the REZKU POS system for nearly three years, and as a small business owner, I needed something easy to use, easy to teach to my staff, and backed by a reliable support system. REZKU has outshone the competition in all these areas, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

One of the most critical features for me as a business owner is backend support. REZKU deserves an A+ here. Even though they’re based in California, and I’m in Pennsylvania, every time I reach out, they respond immediately with a solution. As a business owner, I don’t have a lot of time to troubleshoot or research on my own, so this level of customer service has been invaluable.

I highly recommend REZKU POS to anyone starting a business or looking for a more efficient and effective POS system.

We use Rezku POS at our pizzeria Whole Slvce in Tucson. We've had excellent results, from the extensive onboarding, to daily use in the shop. We also utilize their online ordering, which works very well. Both the ipad app and dashboard are easy to navigate and come with all the essentials to run a restaurant. Their tech support team are all super helpful, you actually are talking to a team member that cares about their client's success, I've gotten to know several of them on a 1st-name basis. The cost structure is fair for the product's capabilities; we chose this over several other competing platforms, and are quite happy we did!

Rezku POS is a must-have for independent pizza shops. It is a cloud-based system that runs on commercially-available, commodity hardware, and not proprietary platforms, and has a full-feature offline mode for when the cloud is not reachable. Rezku offers a rapid implementation, and we were up and running within 3 weeks of selecting the platform. Their implementation team is top-notch, and converted our shop from a legacy POS system to Rezku quickly, building the entire menu for us with all of our pizza toppings, options and pricing.

They offer a large library of training videos, how-tos, and tutorials, allowing self-paced training for the entire team, as well as on-demand refreshers. If that isn't enough, their support team is all incredibly well-versed in the software, and have always been able to answer questions and resolve issues without requiring any type of escalation. I have never experienced any significant wait time while trying to reach support, and all of the support engineers are US-based, and speak English as their primary language, and not as a second language.

The platform itself is a full-featured one, designed specifically for the pizza shop. Unlike some competitors, everything is included in the package, and there is no extra charge for using their online ordering features. Also unlike some competitors, all of the menu items and costs are maintained in a single platform, and their is no need to maintain an online catalog of products and prices separate from the in-store catalog. There is also no need to re-enter online orders into the POS itself -it's completely integrated.

Delivering pizzas to customers is a large part of the business for pizza shops, and the driver and dispatch functionality of the product is outstanding. It allows users to easily see which orders are delivery versus pickup orders, when they are due, where they are to be delivered to using integrated mapping functionality, how the deliveries can be routed, when the driver should return to the shop, and how much cash they should have collected during that round of deliveries.

Rezku also provides integration with caller ID functionality, to quickly identify the caller, their address, and any relevant details about them that have already been captured in the POS' CRM database.

Finally, Rezku is one of the most cost-effective solutions we have found, while still providing all of the features we need, without requiring a long-term contract. We give it 5 stars.
