Without a doubt, as a customer you will be treated with care, knowledge, and professionalism coupled with understanding and especially patience in handling indecision in selection and installation. 2-5-2025, I have to share my experience from today. I Paid over $200 dollars for a key fob, $110 for programing. And was very disappointed when the key didn't function properly. It opens my vehicle doors, turns on the vehicle, but the radio and air conditioning won't turn on.Also the push button won't start the vehicle. I notified the employee, at wich time he came outside to my vehicle and seen it for himself. Now I tried my old key fob and everything worked fine. The employee proceeded to go and notify his manager, at wich time the manager replied that there's nothing they can do.In other words I payed 300 plus dollars for a useless key. I belive they were very unprofessional, have bad customer service and do not do a good job in their profession. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I Like to add to my experience with this company. I was contacted by Mr.Doyle who identified himself as the owner of the business. We talked and agreed on him replacing my key with another one. My vehicle was taken in by my brother the key was replaced and long story short, it still malfunction. As of this morning February 18 I was driving on highway 99 north to work going at 70 miles per hour when my vehicle just completely turned off.I was lucky there was no vehicles on the right lane wich is the slow lane, I pulled over to the emergency side of the road turned my emergency lights on put my vehicle in park and removed the key. At this point I proceeded to insert my old vehicle key which I still carry on me.The vehicle turned on and I drove to work , I must admit i was scare it would turn off agian and be hit by another vehicle. This afternoon as soon as I got of off work I took my vehicle to a mechanic,.The mechanic connected my vehicle to the machine that reads the codes. The readings on the machine were as follows. BIA24/ unidentified key communication error-stored ....
BIA2A/Key Not programmed-stored.... The mechanic asked me about the key I explained to him about the new key.At which point he stated the machine don't lie who ever programmed my key didn't do it properly. Now due to the staff at key evidence lock and safe not doing a good job at programing my key I could of being seriously injured due to my vehicle turning off while me driving on highway 99.It is now costing me more money, like today to get my vehicle checked and it's gonna cost more to get it programmed properly at the dealership. I belive the least they could do is refund my money and I could give their key back. I'm sure they tried fixing my problem but it's obvious they do not have the expertise to do it right. I just want the public to be aware of the work this business provides before they take their business to them. I do not recommend them to anyone...

They have a wonderful store in Visalia packed full of everything you could ask for in locks and security hardware.
Set me up and encoded a new ignition key for my Honda on my first visit. Brought my wife just to see the store. Was so impressed we purchased and had installed a couple of security cameras at our house in Porterville. Doyle did the work himself and we are very pleased.

Doyle (owner) and his 2 man crew just finished moving my $2k Costco safe from the Garage into the master bed closet. They were quick, professional, and provided a quality safe moving service.

Just moved into one of the Woodside homes and was worried about getting the safe through a tight 90 degree corner from living room into the master bedroom (pic attached). Doyle is a legit pro, he stopped by on his lunch break the day before to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. He assured me it was totally possible and recommended I move some items to prep and expedite the safe moving the following day. Sure enough, they got here, setup and got it done in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. They even showed me how to program it, recommended some shims to help with the uneven flooring, so the door wouldn't open on it's own. They didn't leave until all my questions were answered.

I called 4 different safe/moving companies for quotes. Even though, I could have gotten it done for about $100-150 cheaper elsewhere, the thoroughness, professionalism and quality of the call I had with Doyle, gave me the confidence that he would do the job right. Elsewhere, they only asked a couple questions and said, "yea we could probably do it." I would definitely pay the extra $$$ any day for the level of service and efficiency received by Doyle and his crew.

Don’t recommend it my cousin just spent 300 plus there for a new key its not even programmed right and he has went back twice seems to me like they don’t know what there doing I scanned his car and got codes for the key they programmed
