MailerLite has the most awesome customer service, such personalized service. We have never had this experience with Moose, Drip, Apollo or Active Campaign. It is truly a breath of fresh air! I have only been using MailerLite for a short time but I am super impressed so far. The interface is wonderfully easy (having migrated from a far more difficult interface). I love the drag and drop and easy re-formatting. I had questions on automation early on and although it can’t do exactly what I want, the options for a work around were offered promptly and were quite effective. The support response time was very impressive, within a few hours (with a ticket), followed up by another email and even on the weekends. AND, none of this “no reply email stuff” and “sign in to your account to see the response”. The support was directly to my email with a prompt to email further with any questions. This is the way support should be and it has not gone unnoticed. Thank you Hans and support team!
