I highly recommend All Phase. I had a new AC and propane furnace installed recently and they made every aspect of the process smooth and painless. I appreciated Brad's thoroughness with the estimate, identifying a couple of potential issues that other companies who gave me estimates overlooked or were not aware of (like drilling a hole in the house's foundation to act as a propane drain in case of a leak). The installers were also very friendly, professional, and proficient (shout out to Brian and Trevor!). They also took care of scheduling the final inspection, which was smooth and quick. I even got a free All Phase trucker hat, and a complimentary lunch box and bag of cookies arrived in the mail a week or so later. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!

Chuck from All Phase was fantastic! He went above and beyond in diagnosing the burner blowback issue on our furnace. Initially, another HVAC company quoted us $10,000 to tear out and replace the system completely, even though the system was just a bit over 10 years old. But Chuck thoroughly investigated and pinpointed the real issue: a sooted-over orifice on the burner rail. His expertise saved us thousands in unnecessary repair and replacement costs. All Phase was clean, honest, reliable, and reputable. Chuck also took the time to explain each step of the repair process. Outstanding experience! Thank you, All Phase!

The crew at All Phase Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond installing a new air conditioning system in my house. I had three companies quote me for the install, and All Phase was the most competitive. Micah and Chris (installers) were absolutely professional, it was apparent that they cut ZERO corners, and they left their work area absolutely spotless. I really cannot say enough positive things about the experience!

Brad arrived to give us an estimate. He took considerable time looking at our old units and when finished handed the paperwork to us, then and there. My husband and I looked at it, looked at each other, and without hesitation accepted All Phase’s offer for two new furnaces and two AC units. The installation crew arrived in approximately one week. The technicians took great care while working in our home and were respectful at all times. Not to mention friendly, considerate and obviously very competent at their job.
My husband is an engineer, machinist and lifelong do-it- yourselfer. He built his own home, from bottom to top, before I met him. This is the first time he hired someone else to do the job. We both were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. They could have used some of the old sheet metal and insulation, but decided to replace it all. The final result was excellent, and beautiful, I might add! One of the old furnaces had failed during cold weather and we were concerned being without heat for an extended time. But, they got the job done very quickly. The new installation was completed in 2 ½ days.
We would like to thank Brad, Craig, Tristan, Chuck and the office staff for their support - their paperwork was spontaneous, and, we had our final inspection signed-off a day or two after the job was completed. As always…excellent service from All Phase. Chris our tech called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up when he finished. He fully explained all work; in this case installing a new filter system. We would not hesitate to recommend All Phase.
