Though I had to leave the study, I had a wonderful experience! The highlight of said experience was the amazing attending staff. Super big kudos to Monica, who was always thorough, kind, friendly, and extra detailed on what was going on. Both her and Dr. Mitchell are great folks, as are the other members of the staff that I met during my time in the trial. Can't praise them enough!

Not only were they repeatedly late with my compensation, but then tried to switch the terms of our signed agreement so they could continue to do so. Then when I asked for the higher up’s info to discuss this, I was supplied with the information. Ultimately, the executive director Kim Williams cursed me out, repeatedly insulted me, then hung up on me when I pointed the inconsistencies her statements, and I still haven’t been paid. This after 3 months of constant miscommunication. I promise y’all it’s not worth the stress for extra cash.

I had a great experience. The staff in the office was very kind and attentive. The women made the energy feel like a calm setting. I also liked that they wanted to be sure I understood everything and explained to me what this procedure is , and everything that follows with it.

I have no idea how this facility has any good ratings. My experience has been awful, and because of it, I quit my study today. My first visit was 3 hours long, and the “coordinator” (not a doctor or nurse) came and left the room at least 10 times, being gone for 10-20 minutes each time. The appointment was disorganized and unprofessional, but I thought, “Hey, maybe they’re just having a rough day.” I was paid for the visit.

I received a follow up phone call that my bloodwork results hadn’t completely come in, but once they had, someone would give me a call to setup my next appt. A month went by, no call. I called and set the appt up - would have fallen through the cracks otherwise it seems.

I showed up for my second appt on time at 3 pm and sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes….by myself. There were no other patients waiting. When my “coordinator” finally came to get me, I informed her that the receptionist who scheduled me told me the appt would be 45 minutes, and I would be out by 4 pm. Because of that, I scheduled work meetings for 4 and 4:30. My “coordinator” said there wasn’t enough time and I’d have to reschedule. Seriously! It’s a 40 minute drive to get here, and there’s not enough time because you brought me back for my appt 40 minutes late! She was unapologetic too, which ticked me off more.

Also, the facility is extremely outdated and even “crusty”. Not a good setting for needles and shots.

Not the best experience. My nurse was nice but it was supposed to be a 2 day process for $125 each day and they turned it into 1 day which I just got $125. Then when I went to use the card they hadn’t put it in the system for me to activate it. I tried calling the office the next day and the recording said it was closed. I just did the study for the money and I got beat out of $125 since the card didn’t even work. So for me it was not the best experience.

For starters, I seen an ad for a study I thought I would qualify for. Submitted my questionnaire. Got a call from someone who does the pre screening to determine whether or not you’re eligible before scheduling the appointment for you to come in. I was advised I qualified, I go into my appointment and waited over an hour just to be advised that I didn’t qualify for the study even though the person I spoke with was unsure of the qualifications. I want my compensation for my time and travel!!!!! I contacted them via email and no response

This clinic is amazing! I went here for a study a few months ago and I could not participate because of some things they found on my cervix but the staff notified me of everything and it was an amazing experience! The clinic faxed my information over to my doctors office in less than five minutes. Absolutely great company!

I was in a birth control study in September 2022. The Asian lady who was in charge of my study never followed up and haven’t heard from her since to do anything, so I stopped taking them and threw them out. Waste of time . Do your studies somewhere else but here lol
