I've only been here two times so far for a research study and everyone who works here is as nice as can be.
The first time I was to come they said it would take two to three hours and it ended up taking six!
The second time they told me it would be 30 minutes and it was almost two hours.
If it wasn't for that and they seem to be a more then a bit disorganized it would have been a five-star.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. I didn't have to wait long and got pd right after my first visit. Just wish someone would answer the phone sometime this morning. I did call Keyon as someone said that she answers her phone and she certainly did.

I swear I'm getting ready to drop out of this program. They constantly call you to do what they need you to do, but when it comes time to deliver, they don't! The only person that seems to care and is on time is Keyon Cowart!

Please if you are looking for payment the same day you come in for vaccinations this isn’t the place for you! I went in Friday for a
Clinical trial was suppose to receive payment it’s Monday and I haven’t received a dime they keep telling me it’s the banks fault! Now when I call the coordinator is putting it the system now! So I don’t know when I will receive payment

Terrible experience was told be paid one thing and when you arrive get you to sign up to do research study for less than you was told at sign up wouldn't trust them again that's for sure.
