This place is AMAZING if you’re looking for a job that fits what you need and want. They pay attention to the fact that people have lives and needs and aren’t just there to work without having a life and family to take care of. Applied for a position on indeed. I was called the next day for an interview and orientation at the Fort Payne location. Two days later i received the call to interview with a company, The same afternoon I was contacted by Lauren at the Fort Payne office with the job proposal. The whole process was seamless. She was very professional, stayed in real time communication with me through the whole process, and was professional.

I recently applied for a job that required psi to send in my resume, after a day or two of waiting I call them back to see if there was a response to my resume, the lady there Said that the company I applied for denied my resume and didn't give a reason. It sounded fishy so I called the company my self, turns out they never sent them anything. So I call the corporate office for psi in Gadsden and the woman there was very rude and said I had no right to go over their heads and talk to the company and she started downing my work history and making me out to be the scum of the earth. For one we are how these staffing agencies get paid and for two I have every right to contact a company that I'm interested in trying to get employment, especially if you're going to to lie and not do your job. I recommend no one ever use them

I've had multiple dealings with this department and both times they have been very helpful and on point with helping you find a job and making sure all your paper work is accurate and in order. They don't throw you to the wolves when it comes to anything. They are also understanding when life happens.
