The EMR for dermatology has a lot of good features like patient and biopsy site photos, not too difficult the learn so I'm giving 3 star instead of 2 star
The drawbacks are:
The company charges extra fees for Path reports to be directly entered into the system
Pharmacy refill request and pharmacy interaction are not user friendly
There is no place for referral or primary care doctors (there is supposed to be a database, but you cannot type in a doctors name)
Labs cannot be entered directly from Quest, have to be scanning and manually attached by hand

My main problem is with customer support:
customer support is limited, calling random people on the phone who just want to hang up 'we will get back to you" but they never do
customer support "someone is working on that"
customer support "we will send you a link to help solve that" and the link is their general help website
it can take weeks and DOZENS of phone calls/emails before solutions can be found. My customer support rating is a ONE star
