I stayed here for four nights in January and the hotel is very nice clean and the staff is wonderful. What cheerful ladies at the front desk. We arrived very late at night and we were greeted with such friendliness and I found it the whole time we stayed there. Very convenient location and the rooftop restaurant bar is nice bonus!

The rooftop bar happy hour was fantastic. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very nice overlooking the pool area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Overall a very nice stay close to campus.

I want to share the worst most HORRIBLE experience I've had with Hilton hotels. The assistant general manager Stella, is I a racist, mean, rude and unapologetic human being I've encounter. She went out of her way to make my son and myself feel like criminals when we check in the Hilton Garden Inn hotel where she calls herself the assistan manager. She billitel, yelled, accused and demanded we show proof of a reservation my son had under the team members plan. To the point of accusing my son of trying to take advantage of that plan when all he wanted to have his parents come and visit him at school. She kept us at the front desk interrogating my son about the reservation he had made and nailing him on how that works. PLEASE DON'T STAY THERE, she overcharged my son from $98.00 dollars to $678.00 for two nights that we didn't even enjoy because of how she had treated us. I called the hotel she refused to give our money back and instead charged us more!!!! Corporate if you read and care about Hilton Hospitality please take her out of the front desk. She doesn't represent the Hilton brand at all!!!!!!!!! To be a assistant general manager and to treat people, customers how she treated us is Unacceptable!!!! Get rid off her or move her somewhere else and have a meticulous training course for her on Customer service!!! Again, Corporate please do something about Stella Han she doesn't deserve to be called Assistant Manger!!!!!!! She never apologize after I called and complained about the General manager there Garret also did do anything to help me. Again, if you stay there she will treat you like a criminal!

The hotel was fine. It wasn't the worst I've ever stayed in, but it was the worst Hilton. The water pressure was poor, which meant a mediocre shower and a loud toilet fill-up that lasted a long time. The pillows were sad and the mattress uncomfortable. The parking was clean and convenient, the lobby and bistro staff lovely, but the coffee in the lobby wasn't free and the bistro didn't have any.

Do not stay here if you value your belongings. We had newly purchased items stolen from our room and the hotel refused to do anything about it. Instead they directed us to file a police report after we had already checked out. They took no accountability for their staff who clearly stole items from our room. This hotel was getting 5 stars from me until we discovered that our souvenirs were stolen. Hotels have insurance for these instances yet they offered no compensation to account for their employees stealing.

I often visit SB for work and this hotel has become my go to place. It’s close to major highway which connects to rest of SB. And there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby, making everything convenient. The rooms are well kept and room service is every other day unless requested otherwise. I like the fairly priced self service food and drinks corner near the entrance, which is usually marked up at other hotels.

Stayed here a few times while on business travel. Rooms are never ready at check in times even when you check in on Hiltons app. Now you have to pay to park even if your a guest. The only nice thing is the hotel is close to the airport.

A really nice experience! Receptionist, Melany, was very kind and accommodating as she told us her favorite spots to see around town. Room was quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, plant based sausage and chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. The rooftop bar is amazing and a must see, bartender Daniel and staff were very nice and hospitable.
