Absolutely FIRST-RATE!! The entire experience was REALLY great! It was mysterious, and I was actually a bit nervous in the beginning, because I had absolutely NO IDEA what was going on, or what it was about/for, what I would be doing as a participant, etc. Nevertheless, it was INCREDIBLY organized and VERY professional. The staff were unbelievably efficient, organized, confident, well kempt and nice. It was IMMEDIATELY apparent that everyone was either very experienced or seasoned, and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had from beginning to end. I can't WAIT to find out what the results will be, or what product/device will manifest from this. There were, I think, about one hundred people or so, and it ALL ran like clockwork. Very impressive, indeed!

I participated in a focus group study yesterday and it was a great experience. The information shared prior to attending the focus group was accurate and had me well prepared for what I was going in to. Also, the RAs and staff were clear with their directions, respectful, and efficient. My payment was received within hours (if not an hour) after I had completed the focus group.

I’m looking forward to participating in more of their studies going forward.

I do a lot of surveys, product tests, and focus groups. My experience with Probe was a smooth and easy as it could possibly have been.

This was a longer study, 30 days, but they FedEx the equipment to the house. We had a zoom call for training on the equipment. There's an 800 number answered by very friendly people if you have questions.

I performed one easy task (7-8 minutes) twice a day, and every evening confirmed that the data was recorded on the iPhone they loaned me. I also had to wear a smart watch every day for 12 hours.

They emailed me when my 30 days were recorded, so I threw their equipment back in the box with the shipping label they sent and dropped it off at FedEx.

And two weeks later I got paid a considerable amount of money for less than 10 minutes a day for 30 days.

I can't say enough good things about working with Probe.

I participated in a facial recognition study in NYC. Prior to the study, the communication from Probe was excellent. Probe clearly gave all the information you needed to arrive at the destination, and direction once in the building. The staff was professional and a pleasure to work with. I received my compensation the following day. Definitely would participate in another study with Probe.

I was nervous going into it but hoped for the best. I'm so glad I answered the email and showed up. The study was exactly three hours and moved along smoothly. You sign an NDA so I can't say what was studied but I will do it again if they let me. I got paid via virtual visa card and it was sent to me via email less than 2 hours after I completed study. There's a bonus for referral too

My recent experience with Probe was 100% positive. I admit that I had some concern that it was a scam. But no - everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. I was sent emails with detailed instructions and the entire process was fairly painless. And I received payment exactly how and when instructed.
