At the top of a small 12-story prewar, the space has seen a modern era coworking refurb, but still leaves a lot to be desired. The highlight is the slowlevator, the city's slowest elevator, which appears to be operated by a team of snails that crawl up and down the shaft. It's not a bad place, but not 5-*...
