I recently took my pc to get looked at and fixed for an ssd troubleshoot and I took my video card out because u can post with just the cpu graphics from the hdmi on the motherboard but when I get my pc back the video card clip is broken completely along with a dented video card slot I will not be taking my pc to these people ever again

Hello Google folks,

I wanted to talk about my experience with this company FavGeek on the Beltline in Decatur. I came across this place cuz I needed to find out why my hp Laptop was not holding power without being plug up and possible other issues. I Goggle different Electronics stores in the area which is not that many in Decatur, Ala so I decided to go to this place (I'm from YO NY). I spoke to Dewayne and he told me that it was the battery that needed to be replace and while he was at it I asked him to ordered a power cord. When arriving Dwayne was very personal and pleasant to talk to about my laptop issue (not rushing me at all). I left it with him and he ordered and replaced the battery and ordered the power cord. However, after picking up my Laptop everything was good but a couple days later a new problem pop up so I went back to FavGeek because now I couldn't download Chrome for some unknown reason. Based on my last visit I felt that I can trust Dewayne to check, fix the new problem I had which he was able to do?. In addition he updated Chrome/put a free antivirus and other stuffs to keep my computer safe?. My conclusion folks would be that I would highly recommend him as a very good, knowledgeable repairman whom will analyze and fix all your electronics. He will be my go to repair guy from now on?.

The service was great! I carried one computer in to be tuned up. I was told it would be a couple of days and they would call when it was ready. They called and I took my other computer in to be tuned up and picked up my first computer. In jus a few days, they called and said my second computer was ready. I could NOT be more happy with the service. I will give them five stars out of five. They earned it! Thanks fellows!
