My account got banned and I have no idea why! I tried to watch a video one day and my account automatically went to a message that states “your appeal has been submitted””well notify you by email or inbox notification in the app as soon as we have an update”. “You can also download your data” notification and then logs me out as soon as I hit dismiss the notification. I can not even check if there is a notification from them in the app since it automatically kicks me out every time I try to log in! I have down loaded my data and have sent multiple tickets asking how to get my account back since I had not broke any policy rules. Customer service is non-existent! I can’t create a new account either, because my “banned/suspended” account is linked to my phone number. How long does it take to review an appeal that I didn’t even know I submitted or to even get acknowledged of an open ticket!? It’s been 3 1/2 weeks since my account got suspended/banned. I tried to log into my account again and now I get the notification of “appeal deadline passed” “ you can no longer appeal this decision because the appeal deadline has passed” it only gives me the option to dismiss and once I click dismiss I get automatically logged out as previously with the the appeal submitted notification! I am extremely disappointed with TikTok and the customer service!

After spending 3 years building my account, they banned me. They first suspended my live access, and then restored it after finding no violations. Then they banned it again literally 30 minutes later. Here’s the kicker, it was the SAME topic. I finally found my purpose and was going to start a small business making t-shirts but THEY TOOK THAT FROM ME!!!! They flagged me several times for no reason! And would take weeks to respond.sometimes they would close my tickets without resolution. I feel targeted and I am actively looking for a lawyer.

I had deleted TikTok for a bit last year(don’t remember exactly how long) I had finally decided to download it again and go back to my account, only to find that it was completely different. I can’t find my old account anymore and i’m frustrated and sad. However if i search up my old account it is still there which gives me hope that I can recover it back again or receive it somehow.

I have been on TikTok for over 5-6 years now. I have recently been on and selling on TikTok shop. Now all of a sudden they keep “violating” my videos which has caused my account to be suspended from TikTok shop (where i make most of my money from for me and my daughter) and they have took that away, for absolute nonsense with no reasoning behind it. TikTok has the absolute worst customer service, and help there is. Any time you have a problem,. There’s no phone number, so you have to go through emailing, looking stuff up, to nothing at all. I’ve emailed several emails MULTIPLE times, and I have yet to receive a response. This is absolutely ridiculous and i’m about to be done with them forever, if something doesn’t change.

Worst experience ever! I ordered my bed frame from them, they then emailed me saying they would need $20 more to give my package a seal or whatever. They gave me options of Zelle or Apple Pay, which I followed and sent the money. The next morning I woke up to my order being cancelled and refunded back. Now I have to wait for 7-14 days to get my money back because these people wannabe irresponsible. Mind y’all they were emailing me at midnight and expected me to be up responding to them. Do not recommend.

You have a liberal fact checker harassing my account. I have had items removed. When I appeal it they are restored. Two days later they are removed it again. I have pictures and documentation of everything. Everyone of my posts come from tik tok and the originals are still up. Yet mine are removed. This needs to be stop now. This situation is unfair and unhealthy. Please fix this situation asap. I would like to handle this like adults, but I will not sit back and let this behavior continue. I will wait 48 hours for an answer. They look the other way when it comes to democratic content. That I can prove as well. Check out Harry Sesson he is paid by the democrats which is a violation of tik tok policy. God bless America
