We jus had our 2.0 update and even with the kinks, Shop monkey response has been great! We also signed up for the marketing aspect and did the demo with Joe Giunchigliani. It was a quick 30 minute meeting to get the lowdown on how it works, pretty simple. Joe was great! Sent me a follow up email with everything we discussed as well as getting me some help on the tech side to reconfigure some mapping issues.
