I have used ShipHawk a few times and I love their service and shipping options. For example, I used them to mail a rug and a couple of lamps. I got the best price and I was able to determine my shipping costs very quickly. Everything was delivered quickly and smoothly. I love that I do not have to search all of the mailing options on multiple websites as I can do it all here on ShipHawk. This is the first time I have had to ship anything and ShipHawk made it so easy! I placed my order online and a representative called me right away to confirm the order and talk about the details. I had to have my mattress out of my house in 3 days because I was moving on short notice for a job. My mattress was picked up in 2 days and got to my new place in a week. Absolute life savers!!!

On a whim, I purchased a desk from an antique auction while I was on vacation. Immediately after funding the purchase I was informed that I would need to procure my own logistics company to transport the desk to my home. In a panic, I made one call, to ShipHawk, where the representative was attentive to my needs and flexible with the short time-frame. I was very pleased with his courteous and honest demeanor throughout the arrangement we agreed to. After I agreed to the contract, my wife suggested that we call some other companies to double check the price. The prices we found were comparable but not as good as ShipHawk. More importantly, the other vendors were not willing or able to work within the schedule I requested, confirming my instincts that I had made a good decision by going with ShipHawk. The desk arrived at my home on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend ShipHawk and will continue to use their services because they have never let me down.
