I started with Employers Guardian about 14 years ago. When I was presented with "their plan", I was thinking, 'Why should I pay more for something I am already doing myself?' After the first employee fighting with me over Unemployment, I contacted them and saw the light.
How many companies do you deal with on a DAILY basis, that are pleasant to talk to, has exceptional customer service and can deal with EVERY aspect of your business that normally runs behind the scenes? I can only think of 1, Employers Guardian.
They can set up payroll, run checks on your pay period dates, run W-4's along with W-2's, set up and your companies handbook. They will provide "Safety testing" for your employees to do electronically. They run yearly company inspections to keep you in compliance with OSHA. They do so much for the companies they work for and with, you would go CRAZY trying to do 1/2 the work that they do for you.
Employers Guardian can help a small company, like myself with just 7 employees, to a major corporation with hundreds of employees. I know that I am getting as much attention as the bigger companies.
You will ALWAYS find a kind and happy voice on the other end of the phone whenever you call. I was told once by one of the owners that "If we don't hear from you at least once a week, we fear there is something wrong." Don't sell yourself or your valuable company short, give Employers Guardian a shot to take some of the pressure off of you.

We have been with Employers Guardian for over 5 years. They helped us through a law suit and then set us up to protect us from any further law suits. Everyone on there staff provide OUTSTANDING support whether it be payroll or employee issue. They also keep us current on all changes that occur in these crazy times. I called employers guardian/Hr to discuss some issues I was having at work, and I stressed to them that I wanted our discussion to be confidential.they responded by saying we assure you it will be confidential. Well when I got back to my shop at the end of the day, they had already contacted my employer and told him I was trying to go behind his back. After my conversation with my employer who's exact words were I just got a call from H.r. so I contacted Employers Guardian/hr and spoke to the supervisor, let me rephrase that it was actually one sided and he would not let me get a word in.He said they were not hr and if I had a problem I should speak to my employer. Well if you are not hr you need to stop misleading people into thinking that you are because even my employer thinks they are hr. If you look up this company it says hr so that is false advertising. These people are very rude and un professional. The reson why I'm writing this review is because companies like this who mislead people need to be exposed. I'm the bestat what I do so I wont loose my job,but who knows how many people may have lost their jobs because of this joke of a company
