Wait time was really reasonable, went at 11:20am on a Wednesday. Had all the necessary info needed, so spent just a short time talking to the clerk. She was genuinely helpful, nice and efficient. They even allowed me to email them a copy of my digital insurance card, super easy.

I'm not usually one to post reviews at all, but they deserve a 1 out of 5 for the rudeness of the driver license services attendant. He wants you to know that you are wrong and he is right. I simply said I was there for a renewal but needed to add the star to my ID. He proceeded to tell me how wrong I was for asking for a renewal if I need my star added. The tone he uses is absolutely unnecessary. It's not like we come here every day. I'll go to the Pelham office next time!!

My main complaint is the incompetence of the Supervisor at this location. He accused me of trying to attack him after I pointed at one of my documents behind the glass. He had no idea that cars that are 25 years or older are exempt from Federal EPA requirements. I don’t understand how you are the supervisor of a tag office and you don’t know about that rule. Instead of reading the customs documents that I gave them. Which state the car is exempt from federal EPA laws. Instead, He waited 45 minutes on hold with the state. Only to have them to tell him exactly what I said. I’ve only have had good experiences with this location in the past. It honestly disappoints me to write this review.

Unbelievable extremely long waits. Be prepared to spend most of your day here. And be sure to bring a coat as it’s probably a miserable 50 degrees in the waiting area.

Had a really great experience with the guy working here (I think his name was Clay)! There were a good number of people but he kept everyone laughing and was really focused on each person individually. Process was quick and easy once it was time.

I wish they had friendlier employees helping. All of them are always rude no matter how nice you are to them they never smile or say thank you or anything like that! I gave them 3 stars because the wait wasn’t long this time, otherwise it would be a 1 star rating

The lady that helped me renew my listens was very nice
My complaint is that they only have 1 man handling star IDs and when I walked in, he left for an hour lunch. I could not wait and will have to pay an additional 31.00 to get a star OD at a later date
The office hours are 9 to 4. They should make it known he is not available from 13 to 1

If the DMV is closed. Why not put it on the internet or on the voicemail when you call? It's not hard at all. Saves everyone else time and gas. However I don't know why I would expect any common decency from the people who work for this county.
