After not using this app for years I cancelled my subscription today, after the most recent payment was taken, and asked for a refund on my most recent payment. I had paid for years and years (I think 5 in total) and used the app a handful of times during the first year and NEVER again since. My kid just wasn't interested in it.

I didnt realise my subscription was even active as on your bank statement it says 'Age of Learning' and not 'Adventure Academy'. I had to take time to figure out what the payment was actually for!

I contacted the company today to ask for a refund for just the most recent annual subscription and they were entirely inflexible wouldn't refund me. My request was reasonable, their response was not.

I appreciate they have a blanket 'no refunds' policy but to enforce it so rigidly really seems to go against their ethics of a company that is set up to support and nuture children. They are certainly teaching children the art of how not to run a business.

This company has a great app and a great learning environment for children. However, signing up for a trial and not canceling it can be a financial problem. I have had an issue with them in the past, however, I was able to resolve it. But to be clear, it took a looooooooooong time!

100% Credit card Fraud! Either a scam company or someone is cleverly using the AMZ AGEOFLEARNING tag for fraud credit card charges.

I have to give a huge cheer into how Age of Learning Inc. has EXTREMELY helped my daughter grow.

When my daughter first Started ABC Mouse she wasn’t a fan of it because she didn’t understand it. As time went on and I made her practice ABC mouse on a daily basis for a hour or 2 per day she has improved on every level from counting, Reading, writing, and so much more.

I’m so happy and impressed with how ABC Mouse now excites my child when she see’s the app opening on her iPad. The learning path is one of her favorite parts.

I highly encourage young family’s to use ABC Mouse for there child’s early learning development.

Scale of 1 to 10 this program is a 20! ABOVE AND BEYOND! Love it!

THIEVES!! Signed up for free thirty day trial to be charged $59.95 at end of trial. Cancelled program within hours. Charged $59.95 & $1.00 the same night. SCAM! SCAM! SCAMMING THIEVES under the pretense of children's education. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!!! Reported to Better Business Bureau.

Do not sign up .... you will be giving them direct access to all of your accounts and they will take! I’ve spent over a hundred dollars for a service I don’t remember signing up for let alone even use and now I can’t cancel subscription.... I’ve contacted better business bureau!

These people are somehow taking other people's money without them even being alerted to the money being taken. Looks like they may have a hacker in their company stealing from random people.

I'm missing $10 that was charged to this company via the Google Playstore and still have no idea how this happened as I have never heard of them until just an hour ago.

VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW! CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT THE WITHDRAWS! THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY GAVE ALL MY MONEY THESE PEOPLE STOLE BACK! YES, These people are scamming you, call your credit card company to have them stopped! Thnx ya'll.
