Dubsado has been a great help in my business keeping everything organized. Payments are where they really shine, allowing bank transfers as a cost of only $5 vs. the heavy 3% credit card fees of other services. Best of all, they really care about their customers and offer quick customer service.

I'm a photographer and I've been using Dubsado since shortly after they first started and have been thoroughly impressed by their customer service and continuous improvements. I love that the are responsive to all of my questions and truly want to help! I have read of a few of the negative reviews and can honestly say I've never had any of those issues. There are some things that are slightly clunky, but they are always looking at ways to improve the interface! I've had amazing customer service from there and it truly has a family-feel <3

Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. When you write in about a problem you're having the AI responds with answers you have already read in the help section. Then it proceeds to let you know an actual person doesn't typically respond until 2 or 3 HOURS. Yes, hours. There's no phone system to call them so you're stuck waiting for them. It turns into a game of tag if you have to log off by the time they respond, and the drawn out process repeats itself. There was only one time that someone responded within 5 or 10 minutes, which was awesome. But this last time I literally waited about 3 hours. THEN in the middle of me asking questions the rep proceeded to tell me their service center was closing and that he would make note of our convo for someone else to get in touch. I let him know how unhappy I was about that, but he was already gone. This is a horrible way to handle customer service, especially for businesses who are new to the platform, such as the company I work for. I'm sorry, but what good is a platform if the customer service is garbage. I'm not impressed.

Dubsado is hands down the best CRM that I’ve tried and used for my small business. Every aspect of this software was thought out and I’ve tried them all. The simple setup workflow has saved me thousands of hours and has let me focus on doing what I love and not spending all day on emails and contracts. Now that the app is here, it’s going to allow me to bring my business to a whole new level. Thank you to the team at Dubsado and I would recommend this software to anyone looking to save time and money on their business.

Been using Dubsado for ~3 years now. I've found it to be a very valuable service as the bookkeeping and accounting side of web design /development is not my interest and is tedious imo. The Dubsado team has been helpful via their on-site chat tool and their YouTube account has a ton of helpful tips. I'm looking forward to the release of their mobile app and seeing how helpful / easy that will be to use.

I adore this software more than any other. I have been using it in my business for years and it has saved me thousands and thousands of hours. Whole swaths of my business run without my direct intervention because of the automation Dubsado offers. There's a learning curve but their support is fantastic and it's so worth it.

Have been using this since its conception almost and has been great with quickly putting together invoices and contracts. The portal has been great for my clients too.

Only wish I was able to share 2 contract proposals at once and saving contracts has been tricky lately - auto saving as "copy" when it's not, I'm just updating last years and sometimes there are no headers but they appear on the client end.

The customer support team here is awful. This software doesn't sync properly or offer any flexibility. I emailed asking for support in my membership being frozen due to a personal circumstance and was told quite bluntly to sod off and cancel because that's not something they do.

This company doesn't care about their customers - at all. I think they bribe for good reviews, I've heard a lot of negative things lately. Save your money and your sanity and get your software elsewhere.
