Family members, Goodluck mailing anything to your students/residents at the hub. This is the mail room 3 days ago. Anyone can grab the packages. So who knows if your packages are not getting delivered, or are just getting stolen. Completely ridiculous. This is an ongoing issue as my family member has had mail stolen.

We received Curbside check in and help moving everything upstairs which was amazing. But the room had a moldy bed. We had it replaced in about 5 hours which was nice but everything seems dirty and damaged. Pool area is down, the grand piano is broken. Walls and floors throughout the complex are scuffed broken and dirty. And you can tell NO One cleaned the apartment. Sherman at corporate helped us and was extremely kind and helpful. It’s just NOT as nice as you would expect for the money. Serious painting needs to happen through the community areas and elevators

Do NOT live here. Since moving in we have encountered countless issues within our unit, many of which are still not resolved. Upon moving in the fan did not work in one of the bathrooms, the outlets in certain spots don't work, the air filter was absolutely disgusting, the fridge shelf was broken and can't hold anything, one of the kitchen table shelves was broken and also can not hold any weight, and multiple doors and drawers do not close properly. None of these issues have been resolved despite the numerous work orders put in for them. Within 2 weeks of living here our AC went out. They came and "fixed" it only for it to go out the following day. They told us they would have someone come to fix it right away, which did not happen. While it was 100 degrees out we had no AC for 2 days. I had to call over 7 times before I was able to get a response from them. Later that week our door lock battery died and it took them over a day to replace it, during which we were unable to lock our door. The following week our washer and dryer both went out in the middle of a load of laundry and it has been out for a week and a half with no communication from them. This is despite numerous trips to the front desk, calls from me and all of my roommates (and our parents), and having it placed as an emergency. They also advertise that the parking garage (which they charge $75 a month for) is protected by a gate. This is not true. Since moving in I have seen the gate down one time. They leave the gate open and do not enforce towing which leads to the garage filling up with college students and parents parking there on weekends and gamedays. They also charge around $10 a month for "valet trash service" which means they will come get your trash from outside of your door every weekday. They come maybe twice a week which leads to the hallways smelling like hot garbage constantly. We have also had issues with mold growth in our unit, though not as bad as some other units. Upon move in my toilet was covered in mold growth that took several attempts to remove. My roommate lifted up her shoe on day to find the entire bottom part covered in mold. For the amount they charge per person you would expect these issues to not constantly arise. After living here for less than a month I am confident to say I will not be renewing my lease and do not recommend anyone to live here.

We stayed here for a year and any time we had an issue, Kristin was there to help literally every single time and I don’t know what I would have done without her. She held tons of events throughout the year and set up special treats and gifts in the lobby, made us feel so loved and cared for every single day- and she gave us her personal number for any time we needed. I can’t imagine not having her at our new place. Kristin and the custodial staff deserve a stand-up job in my opinion. There was never a time I didn’t see maintenance or custodians cleaning up the constant mess made by residents. They work so hard and deserve the recognition.

-10 Would be my rating if I could give it a true rating. No one ever answers the phone, hard for someone to follow up on repairs or request for repairs. The hallways, floors, door and elevators are alway dirty, everything looks good on the website, but everything is actually broken in reality. Maintanance and upkeep of property is very very poor. Very expensive place to live and not worth one penny. People run down the halls banging on the doors at all hours of the night. Sinks are alway clogged, & hard to find parking.

This will be my third year living at the hub. I really do love it here but I especially wanted to leave this review because of Kristin. Kristin has helped me so much with everything, she’s become like a second mom to me since I’m 14 hours away from home. If I ever need anything, she’s there. She truly cares so much about every resident and creates such amazing bonds with us. I always know I can count on her if I have any questions or problems. Thank you Kristin !!!

Let me clear . If you have a son or daughter going to The University of Alabama, do not even consider The Hub or any of the associated properties. We are literally working with the local news and the university. They have over rented and left numerous students 14 hours from home with no place to live . We have signed leases and texts and emails . They now don’t return anyone’s calls or emails . It’s been 4 days. There are at least 10 families dealing with the same thing. We have left no less than 4 voicemails and even went in the office and were told they would get back to us . They are absolutely appalling and the complete lack of communication or accountability shows it is a money grab and they are notorious for it from the pattern we have uncovered. There are much nicer places to stay in UA . Avoid avoid avoid !

Tatum, Victoria and Audrey and Kristen were so sweet and helpful today when I applied and were answering all questions. We talked for an hour and they answered every question I had very thoroughly. I for sure will sign a lease because of them
