I just completed my first drug study as a participant. The process was easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly and professional. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and thoroughly. I first want to say this is a hidden Gem. The staff was very pleasant and professional when I arrived to the facility they made me feel like I was the only person in the room as there weee other patients in the room as well, The doctor didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was just a number that he was getting paid for. The office manger Tanya was very professional and explained all the benefits of the service I was getting alone with any questions that I needed clarification with after my visit. I have told my friends and family about this location. Keep up the great work!!

This place has been an absolute life saver. I have never been to another place that treated me so patiently and so kindly. Wes has been a great help in navigating the process of a stufyaand what would be required of me. Mrs. Patti sat with me through a whole procedure. They made me feel like I wasn't doing this alone and helped give me hope after I had lost it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Thank You!

this place is unprofessional and rude. employees have conversations in the hallways that are totally unbecoming of a doctor's office or research site. stay away, there are much better sites out there. Tanya is a strange individual and sets a boorish and superficial tone for the whole office.
